Sales Advisors
With a proven background in sales and with sound technical knowledge, the successful applicant will be resourceful and capable of generating and progressing leads to completion. Working in close conjunction with our Systems Advisers, the Sales Adviser will play a key role in developing complete solutions for clients of all sizes.

Telephone Support /Administrative Assistant
The successful applicant will be charged with covering our dedicated support desk. This will involve solving some first line technical problems on the telephone or scheduling support visits. This position calls for range of skills, including the ability to understand and prioritise problems, organising resources to cope with each scenario. The role will also have responsibility for day to day office administration.

Systems Advisers
Candidates will have experience of Windows NT and Small Business Server as well as good knowledge of Windows 9x and above. Applicants will also need excellent communication skills and be capable of working with all levels of client. Experience of Pegasus Products is desirable but not essential. MCP/MCSE are not essential but will be advantageous.
