Established in 1998, J & J Systems has built on the original plans of the two directors to be a professional IT service provider and seen the business grow in strength and turnover.

Working hard to bring together skilled and qualified professionals to build a hard working and professional team, becoming a superior company practising good polices for clients and their business needs.

With research carried out into the software and hardware best suited for businesses J & J Systems utilise a preferred supplier list. The research provides our staff the opportunity to offer clients products that are familiar to themselves and the industry. We continue to provide solutions that are easily supported throughout the business world ensuring that service and support costs are kept to a minimum.

Over the years our business has evolved allowing us to offer our clients a high level of service at a well managed price, making use of our contracts and support efficient and cost effective. James Howard

James is the Technical Director for J & J Systems, specialising in consultancy for networking and systems connectivity. James heads network implementations and problem solving and enjoys his role in carrying out extensive research and development for hardware and software for both J & J Systems and it's clients.


James' background prior to the inception of J & J Systems in 1998 was in a management role within both a dealership and retail environment, he provides both staff and business management stability as well as excellent technical knowledge and experience.

Jacqui Offen

Jacqui has worked in the computer industry for over twelve years and has a wealth of experience in many areas. Jacqui was supporting Pegasus Senior before becoming fully Pegasus Opera Accredited back in the early 90's and has been supporting accounting applications ever since. Jacqui has built on a strong Pegasus foundation to become officially Pegasus Opera, Pegasus Opera 2 and Capital accredited.


Jacqui's wealth of accounting knowledge is complemented by a sound knowledge of business practices, as well as supporting accounting applications, before running J & J Systems with James she managed staff for other successful dealers in the area. This understanding of business practices enables Jacqui to easily advise not only on the technical and business implications of an accounting installation.


All of Jacqui's knowledge is built on a solid bookkeeping background. In addition to her knowledge of accounting systems Jacqui has also designed and supplied a number of databases and bespoke software to various Kent companies, both large and small.

Darren Hanks

Darren, joined J & J Systems in 2003 and specialises in the accounting applications sold and supported by J & J Systems.


Darren came to J & J Systems with extensive book keeping and office administration experience, giving him the background to understand and deal with accounting application software installation, development and support.


Darren is fully Pegasus Opera, Capital Gold and Crystal Reporter accredited, and is working towards is Microsoft Certified Professional exams in his own constant desire to provide a continued high quality level of support to our clients.
