Unlimited Callouts in the Event of Hardware or Operating System Issues –

Cybersecurity Planning and Review of Current IT Security – Security review of your whole IT systems, including Active Directory & file structure, with a view to implementing improvements. We will look at whether your filing systems are secure, who can access protected documents,  and whether your business is compliant.

Virus Repair and Virus Software Updates – Ensuring Anti-Virus & Malware software stays up to date.

Disaster Recovery Consultancy, Planning & Implementation – Consider working towards virtualisation of all your existing servers to allow for replication to our Disaster Suite or how your cloud systems are managed and secured.

Access to J&J Systems Disaster Recovery Suite – We have a full Disaster Recovery Suite, meaning you and up to 6 of your key team members can pick up work with minimal downtime. The office has dedicated PCs, and for clients with Servers supplied by us, we can replicate data, allowing us to simply ‘turn on’ their Virtual Server in our office. Feel free to request a visit to our facility.

Proactive IT System Monitoring, Health Checks and Patching – This is often carried out overnight, and to facilitate this, we recommend clients restart their workstations before leaving for the night, leaving the machine on and only switching the monitor off.

Microsoft OS and Office Management and Support – From licences through to training on how to get the best from programmes and tools, we offer comprehensive Microsoft support.

Server and Data Backup Planning & Checking – Servers are normally maintained and updated over weekends or out of normal business hours wherever possible to minimise downtime.  All your backups are reviewed and checked daily – failed backups are reported and rectified by our team.

Cyber Awareness, Productivity Training and Microsoft Word & Excel Training to Intermediate Levels – Weekly group staff training sessions, delivered as webinars, with our in-house training officer, Glyn. If you want something specific, let us know, and we will try to accommodate you.

Advice on ISO Certification and Internal AI Policies – We can help you with getting your ISO9001 & 27001 certification, including assisting you in implementing the correct policy documentation and practices.

Advice on Restricting User Rights to Data and Personal Device Use – You need to put internal policies in place to restrict data and system use and misuse.

Software Installation – 3rd party software installation project management. With over 100 years of combined experience, J&J Systems has assisted in the implementation of Account software to new EPOS systems. We fully support our customers according to the business needs.

Hardware Installation – Procurement advice and use of expertise to supply, install and maintain all IT software and hardware – we even look after those troublesome printers.

Asset Management Listings of All Machines and Hardware.

Organisation of Onsite Data Cabinets – Tidy, label & rationalise onsite cabinets, ensuring all hardware is suitably protected against power outages. All hardware is photographed, recorded and labelled so we know where it is, what it does and why it’s there. And don’t forget that UPS systems are essential to ensure safe shutdowns in the event of a power failure.

Support with Office Relocations and Office Refits – Full engineer support when relocating an office, including weekend help to minimise downtime.
