With our Data Backup Service Contract in place, you can sleep at night, knowing we have a backup of your data secure and ready, should you need it.

Not all data can be, or should be stored in ‘cloud software’, some is ideal only for local storage.

Our Online Data Backup service is a low management, remote data backup implemented across the Internet. Managed from our own secure servers at our own data centre. We backup our clients’ servers, workstations and/or laptops. Providing a scalable, secure and efficient online data backup service. Which allows restoration of individual files, or entire machines.  J & J will ensure the provision of proficient  Disaster Recovery position for clients of all sizes, allowing them to keep I.T. safe.

Large volume data can be initially copied via a hard drive to create the first copy (seeded backup). Should large amounts of data be required to be downloaded, it can easily and quickly be accessed. For example, if a machine suffers hard drive failure, there is no lengthy download necessary. One of our IT Support engineers can simply move data remotely at our offices. Please note unless the machine is covered by our Premium Managed IT Support Service Contract, a charge for data restoration will apply.
