Premium Plus Maintenance Agreements
Premium Plus is JJ Systems’ flagship service! A contract to cover all your IT services and more. Premium+ is inclusive of all labour all the time, so if you need an engineer or two to help with a project, we are ready to assist.
For a one-off monthly fee, Premium Plus offers the following:

Full Support desk for your business (You will have access to; our support team, regular visits from our directors, advice from our developers, and consultation services including qualified GDPR)
Rationalisation of all data (Review of all data across the business; each workstation, server and shared drive is reviewed to ensure best practices and efficient use)

Office relocations (Full engineer support when relocating an office, including weekend help to minimise downtime)
Installation of new hardware (Procurement advice and use of expertise to supply, install and maintain all IT hardware – we even look after those troublesome printers)

Review of data backups (All your backup are reviewed and checked daily – failed backups are reported and taken care of by our team)
Work towards virtualisation of all existing servers to allow for replication to our Disaster Suite (We have a full DR suite available to our Premium Plus customers. Not just a backup server but a fully furnished office for you and your staff to use in the event any worst-case scenario – feel free to request a visit to our facility)
Tidy, label & rationalise on-site cabinet(s) ensuring all hardware is suitably protected against power outages (All hardware is photographed, recorded and labelled so we know where it is, what it does and why it’s there. Oh and don’t forget that UPS to ensure safe shutdowns in the event of a power failure)
Security review of the whole IT system(s) including Active Directory & file structure with a view to implementing improvements (Are your filing systems secure? Who can access protected documents? Is it business compliant? Don’t worry we cover all of this too!)
Policy writing, ISO support (We can help you with getting your ISO9001 & 27001 including assisting you to implement the correct policy documentation and practices)
Pre-sale software review & assessment (Utilise our experience to help you assess any products you have been recommended)
Software installation Project Management (3rd party software, no problem. With over 100 years combined experience, JJ systems have assisted in the implementation of Account software to new EPOS systems. Group staff training on Productivity, Cyber Crime, Time Management & Microsoft Products (We provide weekly webinar training sessions with our inhouse training officer, Glyn. If you want something specific let us know and perhaps we can accommodate you)
All of the above would normally be considered over and above our Standard Premium service. However, if you are looking for a lighter touch, our premium contract covers all the bases for general day to day operations.
We know every business is different and every solution we provide is bespoke. Here are some features included in our Premium contract; (remember these are already included for our Premium Plus customers.)

Support Desk access offering help on Microsoft Operating and Microsoft Office products
Office 365 Management
Ensuring Anti-Virus & Malware software is up to date on a regular basis.

Monitoring live AV issues and talking to users about usage patterns
Actively ensure Windows is up to date on a regular basis
Offer advice on restricting user rights to data segments
Advising on encrypted drives for mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
Provide advice & actively help clients restrict access to company data to only company-owned devices – ensuring secure connections and reducing access by insecure devices, home machines and personal devices.

Where we provide the Internet connection, we will offer to separate the Wi-Fi connections from the internal network reducing the opportunity for hackers

Daily checks of Server backups and documented restoration of files for disaster recovery review
Regular PCI scans for Servers on our Internet connections to ensure the network is safe from outside attack – PCI compliance is a requirement from many banks and insurance companies.

Cyber Awareness training for all your staff to highlight what malicious items look like & how to avoid them

Productivity training – showing your staff how to use tools effectively, improving their efficiency
Here at JJ Systems, we know that investing in or changing to new IT providers can be a daunting task. With this in mind, we have a full onboarding strategy to ensure a smooth transition from the very beginning to the very end, including offboarding in the event of your circumstances changing.
Every quotation is based on multiple conversations and site visits. A conscious approach to how we interact with our potential customers and invest our time from engineer to director level to ensure the right solution is put forward. All quotations are clearly explained with time taken to provide transparency and clarity before you move forward.
Once you are ready to proceed, JJ Systems will engage with your existing supplier and/or IT staff to complete a full audit.
A senior engineer will oversee the strategic onboarding process, documenting all IT aspects of the business so a transition plan can be agreed upon. We know this process doesn’t always go to plan, sometimes all the information isn’t readily available. Don’t worry we have dealt with this before and will be ready to move forward when you are.
