Like many people running a small business I struggled to manage my IT requirements.

I finally took the plunge to hire a company, who could support the hosting of my website and emails as well as answer any issues that might come up. It seemed to me that having different hosting companies only complicated matters when there was a problem. I also decided to pay a maintenance contract to ensure my computer was secure and for any future issues.

It was, without doubt, the best move I have made. The transfer was seamless and support has been excellent. I have had a couple of issues which were resolved swiftly.  I now feel liberated from that pressure and quite secure in the support that is proving worth its weight in gold for me.
